We specialise in injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation through science based mind-body training. Tense, tight or injured muscles limit and restrict your movement. We coache you to retrain and recalibrate overused and injured muscles and regain full body control.
You develop the skill and understanding to recuperate faster, reducing the likelihood of repeated injury and regaining your maximum potential. The outcome is increased coordination and muscular responsiveness returning you to sport with a stronger, more flexible body.
So how do we do it ? We train your brain to change your body. Muscles have no will of their own. They are controlled by the brain and the nervous system. Athletes’ muscles are repeatedly contracted and shortened during training and competition. Commonly training regimes have little focus on muscular release. Habitually contracted muscles are more prone to injury, restrict joint function, and can cause fatigue and pain from constant use.
By raising awareness with specifically designed movements, we teach you to recognise unconscious muscular contraction. Once your brain is made aware of involuntary tension in your body, we train you to release your muscles and establish complete control of how your body performs.

How Quickly Can I See Results?
Clients report an improvement from the first session and most conditions resolve in 5 weeks.
For best results, we recommend that you do not engage in any high-performance athletic events for approximately one to three days after your session. It is better to allow your body to fully integrate the changes and improvements.
The cost of a clinical session is €70. Discounts are available if you book for three or more sessions.
Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments
Your appointment is reserved for you. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of session start time. Sessions that are canceled or rescheduled any later must be paid for in full. Failing to attend an appointment without notice must also be paid for in full.
